Crisis Management (Field Response)
Appropriate and highly trained staff are the backbone for any organisation in the event of a crisis. Most adventure professionals are only trained in the skills required to perform their core function and first aid management. A crisis situation requires more. Our Field Crisis Training provides adventure staff with the skill sets to link first aid and client management. This training enables staff to reduce task saturation, maintain client safety and control the site and situation until evacuation is completed.
